Festival Of Lights Toronto 2024 Dates. During the winter festival of lights, niagara falls is transformed with millions of twinkling lights and holiday displays, stretching from the falls to the dufferin islands. This event is canada’s largest free outdoor light festival, with over 8 kilometres of light displays.
